Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. If there are any significant delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer standard shipping options as well as expedited shipping for an additional fee.
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Arrives within 1-3 business days after processing.
International Shipping: At this time, we only offer international shipping upon special circumstances. Please Contact Us with Inquiries.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
